What We Do

CGAND provides support and advocacy for all charitable gaming operations in our state. With a board comprising only charitable organizations, we work for the best interests of charities that rely on funds from gaming.

Our areas of focus include:
  • Educating the public about charitable gaming and its positive effects on our communities.
  • Studying the financial and economic impacts of charitable gaming on North Dakota.
  • Monitoring the gaming regulatory rule writing process, legislative studies, and legislative sessions.
  • Using our expertise to represent the charitable gaming industry in the State’s Capitol.
  • Providing information to members on the Gaming Commission regulatory process, hearings and updates.
